The Iron Horse Ranch enclave of custom designed homes will be unique in the Sandpoint area. Only 188 acres of the land will be privately deeded, leaving over 200 acres of open space to be shared by the residents.

This open space offers two distinct environments.

First is the 75 acre natural open meadow on which a gathering center and equestrian facility will be designed and built by the developer. This facility will be for the private use of the residents for meetings, events, and private parties.

The second will be another 100 acres of natural and pristine wooded highlands for hiking in the summer and cross country skiing in the winter.

Additionally, the residents will share a natural stocked pond as well as a private beach, swimming, and picnic area on Walsh Lake.
