IRON HORSE RANCH IN SANDPOINT, IDAHO

This facility will be for the private use of the residents
for meetings, events, and private parties.
The second will be another 300 acres of natural and pristine
wooded highlands for hiking in the summer and cross country
skiing in the winter.
Additionally, the residents will enjoy natural ponds as well as a private beach, swimming, and picnic area on Walsh Lake.

The Iron Horse Ranch, when fully developed,
will be unique in the Sandpoint area.
This open space offers two distinct environments.
First is the potential for a one owner property, including a grand ranch home, guest cottages, a horse barn, training facilities, unlimited paddock space, and tennis, swimming, and fishing, on Walsh Lake.
There is an 88 acre natural open meadow on which a
gathering center and equestrian facility can be designed and built by the owner.
